Lemon juice does have detoxifying and antioxidant properties, however, it cannot replace the body’s need for healthy and clean eating accompanied with exercise.
Lemon juice provides a healthy dose of vitamin C and in 100 grams of lemon there are just thirty calories. Lemon can be added to water to provide a refreshing taste and give the body an extra shot of vitamin C, but in no way does it work to burn the fat that is already stored in the system.
The myths concerning lemon juice have been dispelled and although provide the body with nutrition and taste, there is nothing better to help you lose weight than healthy eating and exercise. When it comes to weight loss for the long-term, there are no shortcuts.
